welcome to my movies! you can expect reviews, recommendations, and such.i consider myself a fair person, so unlike the music section where i suggest you listen as you read, i wont do that here. if you havent seen my music section, you are either just here looking for recommendations, or you are completing the tour wrong. either way, welcome. for those of you on the tour, you've earned another fun fact. my favorite breed of dog is old english sheepdogs. i've never had or seen one in person, but i love big dogs and these seem so fluffy and gentle and cute. thats a pretty boring one, so ill make sure to include one later in this page.

Here are some of my favorite movies, in no particular order.

some of my favorites:

• the talented mr ripley: good music (chet baker!!), great storyline and twists you dont expect. this movie will make me cry every time i watch it. it "crushes" me.
• the secret life of walter mitty: i believe i already talked about this one but this is so so great. i love ben stiller and this movie is just so nice to watch
• footloose (the originial, havent seen the new one): great music, kevin bacon, a classic.
• scarface: call me basic, but i love this movie. if one more person tells me it glorifies crime i'll lose my mind. only a psychopath could watch this movie and want to go into crime.
• charade: watch if you like hithcock films. feel good thriller with audrey hepburn and cary grant
• beautiful boy: again, call me basic but i love this movie and timothee chalamet. steve carell and timothee did so well in this it just makes your heart hurt.
• the family stone: a better christmas movie than home alone. shoot me. its great.
• marty supreme: again, i do love timothee chalamet. i also just love movies set in the 50s, this one was greatly shot and i really liked it.
• american psycho: i love social satires. i would tell you more, but for now i need to go return video tapes (sorry for the corny overused joke)
• moonrise kingdom and the royal tenenbaums: great wes anderson movies, different vibes but i think they should be watched together (personal bias because i watched as a double feature. again, different vibes but still nice to watch together)
• bottle rocket (!!): my favorite wes anderson movie. so cute and wholesome.
